Refund & Return Policy
At Obsidian Research Labs, we maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity for all reference materials. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and laboratory chemicals, our refund policy is designed to ensure the stability and purity of products within contemporary supply chains.
1. Product Integrity & Eligibility
Returns are only considered for products that remain in their original, unopened, and vacuum-sealed state. Once the security seal is compromised or the product has been subjected to environments outside of controlled laboratory storage conditions, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange to prevent cross-contamination.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a shipment that is damaged, or if there is a discrepancy between items, you must notify our fulfillment department at support@obsidianlabs.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photographic evidence of the unopened packaging and the batch number for our audit.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account following the confirmation of the return's receipt and technical inspection at our facility.
4. Storage & Stability Disclaimer
Obsidian Research Labs is not responsible for products that degrade due to improper handling or transit delays beyond our control. All research materials are shipped according to stability protocols; immediate refrigerated storage upon receipt is required as per the specifications listed in the product documents.
